Due to the highly customized nature of our products, ALL sales are FINAL and may not be returned or exchanged. Please do not attempt to return your merchandise, as we will not be able to process your return and cannot ship the items back to you.


If your order contains items you did not order (Incorrect Items), please contact us at  so we can fix the error and get your correct items shipped out to you.  We ship all exchange orders back to you with FREE  Shipping in appreciation of your business and patience with us.  If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will bear the shipping cost of returning it and getting a replacement item sent to you.  If we mistakenly sent the wrong item, you must send it back in new condition for us to be able to send the correct item.


Due to the highly customized nature of our products all our items are non-refundable but are still subject to quality guarantees. The fabrics have been tested for the sport or activity the athlete will be engaging in.  It's our experience that through proper care and normal use all defects for a Tahi garment will be evident in the first 30 days after the purchase.   Therefore, Tahi offers a full 30 day replacement warranty on all custom uniforms ordered.

Every defective claim is subject to inspection by a returns specialist.  We do not necessarily expect a defective item to be in original condition. We expect it to show signs of normal usage consistent with its purpose.


Once you have contacted Tahi about a return and the need for a return has been agreed, sending your items back is as easy as taking 1-2-3 simple steps.


For Incorrect Items, repack the items into the original packing.

For Defective items, please repack in a box or padded envelope large enough to allow the packaging to be completely sealed.


Print out the return delivery label which you will have received by email and take the package to your nearest specified courier company.


Allow approximately 6-8 weeks after your return arrives back at our location to receive your replacement item.
